In order to strengthen international cooperation in training, scientific research, especially the development of joint training programs as well as staff and student exchange, on the afternoon of December 14th, 2022, the University of Danang - University of Science and Education (UD-UED) had a meeting with the representatives of University Studies Abroad Consortium (USAC).

At the meeting, there was the participation of Ms. Alyssa Nota, President/CEO of USAC, Mr. Gregory Stephany, USAC Board Member, and Executive Director of International Programs, University of Nevada, Las Vegas and Ms. Chaidarun Tippawan, Director of USAC Thailand and Regional Advisor for Asia.
From UD-UED, there were the leaders: Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tran Xuan Bach, Vice-Rector, Dr. Nguyen Quy Tuan, Head of Department of Science and International Cooperation and Dr. Nguyen Thi Ngoc Anh, Deputy Head of Department of Academic Affairs.

Making the speech at the meeting, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tran Xuan Bach - Vice Rector of the University was pleased to welcome USAC representatives to visit and discuss the cooperation possibilities with the University. He made an introduction on UD-UED highlighting the outstanding features of the university. He also emphasized that UD-UED is always ready to cooperate with USAC.
Ms Chaidarun Tippawan made the speech
At the meeting, Ms. Chaidarun Tippawan made an introduction on USAC. USAC is a non-profit, university-based organization offering more than 50 affordable, academic study abroad programs across more than 26 countries. Ms. Chaidarun Tippawan said that USAC would like to have a discussion in possibly and potentially opening a new USAC Program in Da Nang, with the collaboration of UD-UED.
