PROVISION FOR THE SUMMARY REPORTS AND THE FINAL REPORT OF THE SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY RESEARCH AT UNIVERSITY LEVEL

The Final Report and the Summary Report of science and technology researches at university level is the basis for the university council to evaluate results of the research. So, they must fully reflect the contents and results of the implemented project and be in the book form.

Form of the final report
  • Paper size: A4 (210x297mm)
  • Number of pages: from 50 to 100 pages (excluding index, references and appendices)
  • Fonts: Time New Roman, size font 13,
  • Line and Paragraph Spacing: 1.3 - 1.5
Form of the summary report
  • Paper size: A5
  • Number of pages: from 20 to 24 pages
  • Fonts: Time New Roman, size font 11 - 13,
  • Line and Paragraph Spacing: 1.1 - 1.3
Structure of the final and the summary report
  1. Cover (Form 1, Annex II)
  2. Sub-cover (Form 2, Annex II)
  3. Cardboard (Form 3, Annex II)
  4. List of participants in the research topic and main coordinating units
  5. Index
  6. List of charts, tables
  7. List of abbreviations
  8. Research results in Vietnamese and English
  9. Introductory: overview of the research field situation in the country and abroad; urgency, target, approach, research methodology, research subjects, research scope, and research content.
  10. The Chapters: 1st, 2nd, 3rd, etc.
  11. Results of the research: results achieved and assessed on their accuracy, reliability and significance
  12. Conclusions and Recommendations.                                                                                                     Conclusions on the research contents that have been made and recommendations on the areas where the  research results should be applied or used; future orientations for research.
  13. References (Author names are alphabetically ordered)
  14. Annex (computer programs, survey results, drawings ...)
  15. Copies of the approved project
  16. Copies of the implementation contract
  17. Product demonstration of the project
  18. Confirmation of application and protection title of research results…(if there are)
