In the meeting, Prof. Duong Tran Quang shared a lot of knowledge on: Scopus database; procedure for publishing an article; the standard structure of an international paper; important factors to have articles published in international journals; Pubmed database, Eric; Cooperation in the publication of research works …
Especially in the Question and Answer session, Prof. Duong Tran Quang received lots of questions and the share of information on the differences in the way of writing an article in Vietnam and that of writing an international article from young lecturers,... Prof. Duong Tran Quang answered questions and confided about experience and his conclusions in the research and publication process.
PhD student Hoang Thi Mai Sa - Lecturer of Faculty of Literature and Linguistics shared: “The exchange meeting has helped lecturers and young researchers have a comprehensive, multi-dimensional perspective on the content, form and operational process of an international article, thereby raising the awareness of the missing aspects to be overcome to create valuable and highly applicable scientific products …”
“Currently, there are not many Vietnamese scientific papers published in prestigious international journals. The cause comes from many aspects such as: language barrier; reference sources ... In my opinion, young lecturers and researchers from The University of Danang- University of Science and Education are dynamic and enthusiastic, and I believe that they will soon have valuable research projects and articles.” Prof. Duong Tran Quang said.
