Vietnamese Language Proficiency Test in 2022

ANNOUNCEMENT
On Vietnamese Language Proficiency Test towards the Vietnamese Language Proficiency Framework for Foreigners in 2022 – in the face-to-face form
Pursuant to the Circular No. 17/2015 / TT-BGDĐT dated September 1, 2015 by the Minister of Education and Training on the promulgation of Vietnamese Language Proficiency Framework for foreigners;
Pursuant to the Circular No. 27/2021/TT-BGDDT dated October 7, 2021 by the Minister of Education and Training on promulgation of the Regulation on Vietnamese Language Proficency Test towards Vietnamese Language Proficiency Framework for foreigners;
Pursuant to Official Letter No. 1281/QLCL-QLT dated September 12, 2022 by the Director of Quality Management Department - Ministry of Education and Training on allowing The University of Danang - University of Science and Education to organize the Vietnamese Language Proficency Test towards Vietnamese Language Proficiency Framework for foreigners;

The University of Danang - University of Science and Education (UD-UED) would like to announce the plan for Vietnamese Language Proficency Tests in 2022, as follows:
1. Candidates:
a) Foreign students taking Vietnamese language courses at UD-UED;
b) Foreign students taking Vietnamese language courses at other institutions in Vietnam;
c) Foreign students, Master’s students, PhD students, organizations and individuals needing to receive a Vietnamese language proficiency certificate.
2. Test format:
- Listening, Reading and Writing skills: paper-based test (60 minutes/skill);
- Speaking skills: face-to-face test (15 minutes/candidate).
3. Dates of Practice lessons and Tests:

4. Venue:
The University of Danang - University of Science and Education; 459 Ton Duc Thang, Lien Chieu district, Danang city.
5. Fees:
- 1,500,000 VND/person (for candidates studying Vietnamese at the university for 06 months or more before the exam date);
- 2,500,000 VND/person (for other candidates).
Candidates pay the fee in one of the following ways:
a) Candidates pay the exam fee in person at the Department of Finance, Room.203, Building A2, UD-UED; Telephone: 0236.3841618 (109).
b) Candidates transfer money to the University's account
+ Account holder: Trường Đại học Sư phạm - Đại học Đà Nẵng (The University of Danang - University of Science and Education);
+ Account number: 2002311090024; Vietnam Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development - Lien Chieu District Branch, Danang city.
+ Content: Full name_Phone number_fee for Vietnamese Language Proficiency Test.
6. Registration
- Registration form with 02 3 x 4 cm photos (photos taken no more than 6 months before the registration date).
- Copy of Passport and Visa (valid).

7. Venue for registration
Candidates submit the registration form in person or by mail to:

8. Publication of test results and issue of national Vietnamese language proficicency certificates
Candidates receive test results by email and national Vietnamese language proficicency certificates at Department of Academic Affairs, Room 103, Building A2, The University of Danang - University of Science and Education; 459 Ton Duc Thang, Lien Chieu district within 30 days since the test date.
