In order to strengthen cooperation in training, research, staff and student exchange, on February 10, 2023 the University of Danang - University of Science and Education (UD-UED) had a meeting with National Taiwan Normal University (NTNU).

Attending the meeting, there was the delegation from NTNU led by Prof. Yi-De LIU – Vice President for International Affairs.
From UD-UED, there was the participation of Dr. Bui Bich Hanh – Vice Rector; the leaders of the departments and faculties as well as lecturers from the faculties.
Dr. Bui Bich Hanh – Vice Rector made the speech
At the meeting, Dr. Bui Bich Hanh – Vice Rector extended the warm greetings to the delegation from NTNU and shared: “In 2019, our Rector and other members visited NTNU. Thus, this meeting is an opportunity for two sides to strengthen the relationship and find out further cooperation possibilities.”
Dr. Bui Bich Hanh highlighted “We attach great importance to improving the quality of the University in many fields: training, scientific research, student services... in the direction of internationalization. Cooperation with world advanced universities is one of the opportunities for our university to achieve the development goal and strategy”.
Dr. Bui Bich Hanh also said: “UD-UED wishes to continue to cooperate effectively with NTNU in activities such as exchange of lecturers and students, joint research projects, joint publications, conference co-organization; We are also very interested in the innovation of training programs and international accreditation of training programs. We have had training programs improved and successfully accredited towards domestic and international standards (AUN-QA). Therefore, in order to develop training programs in the direction of internationalization, aiming for the higher education innovation towards digital higher education, we wish to build joint Master's programs in the direction of Elearning or BLearning”.

At the meeting, the two universities had the opportunity to make an introduction on the history of establishment, development, research and training activities as well as achievements in recent years, especially the cooperation activities, exchange and training of international students at the two universities.

The representative of the NTNU delegation expressed the gratitude to the University's leaders for taking the time to welcome the delegation. On the results of the discussion, he expressed the wish to continue strengthening the cooperation with UD-UED not only on the agreed contents but also on other aspects which are the strengths of the two institutions.

On the same day, NTNU had a presentation on Master’s and Doctoral scholarships in the fields of Social Sciences and Humanities, Educational Science, and Natural Science to the lecturers and students at UD-UED.
