On July 27, the delegation of National Chung Keng University, Taiwan visited and worked with the University of Danang - University of Science and Education (UD-UED) on opportunities for cooperation between the two universities in training and scientific research.
The delegation of National Chung Keng University led by Professor Yi-Yuan Chen included the teachers from the Faculty of Chinese Literature, and from UD-UED, there was the participation of Dr. Phan Duc Tuan, Vice Rector of the university and the representatives from the related departments and faculties.

At the meeting, Dr. Phan Duc Tuan, on behalf of the Board of Rectors expressed the warm welcome to Professor Yi-Yuan Chen and the delegation and considered this an important first step, opening up cooperation opportunities between the two universities in the near future.

The representatives of Department of Science and International Cooperation, Department of Academic Affaird, Research Center for Social Sciences and Humanities, Faculty of Literature and Linguistics, Faculty of History also introduced and shared with the delegation the information about training programs, research and international cooperation at the University.
In return, the representative of Chung Keng National University said that he was very impressed with UD-UED and wished: “the two universities will soon have exchange and cooperation activities between the faculties in academic research, training of language, literature and history.
Professor Yi-Yuan Chen expressed the hope that in the future the two universities would have cooperation activities.
The representative of National Chung Keng University shared: “ There are currently about 1,600 international students at the university, of whom students from Vietnam account for the highest percentage. The univeristy has a modern, friendly learning environment, offer lots of training programs and especially, every year there are scholarship programs for international students. Therefore, it is hoped that many lecturers and students of UD-UED will consider and choose National Chung Keng University as a place to study and research in the near future.”
