Meeting 82 Laotian students taking the Vietnamese Language Course in the academic year 2023 - 2024

On the afternoon of 12/12/2023, the University of Danang - University of Science and Education (UD-UED) had a meeting with Laotian students form Southern and Central Laos taking the Vietnamese Language Course at UD-UED.

 Attending the meeting, there was the participation of Dr. Nguyen Van Sang, Deputy Head of Department of Science and International Cooperation; Dr. Phan Thi Hoa, Deputy Head of Department of Academic Affairs and MA. Huynh Bong, Deputy Head of Department of Student Affairs and Dr. Ho Tran Ngoc Oanh, Dean of Faculty of Literature and Linguistics.
There were also 82 Laotian students form Southern and Central Laos taking the Vietnamese Language Course at UD-UED .

Making the speech at the meeting, Dr. Nguyen Van Sang, on behalf of the university, expressed his delight at meeting Laotian students. Dr. Nguyen Van Sang also gave an overview of UD-UED as well as the matters that international students are interested in, gave information on learning methods, living regulations at the dormitory,... to create the most effective learning and training environment for international students. Besides, the university also answered some questions from international students related to studying and living at the campus.
At the end of the meeting, the representative of Laotian students expressed their deep gratitude for the university's concern for creating favorable conditions and environment for Laotian students, leaving beautiful memories in the students’ hearts during the years of studying under the roof of UD-UED.
Organizing meetings with Lao Students is a regular activity at the university, showing the university leaders‘special attention to Lao students, further enhancing the traditional friendship between Vietnam and Laos.
