MoU Signing Ceremony between The University of Danang – University of Science and Education and Graduate School of Engineering, Mie University (Japan)

In order to expand the cooperative relationship in training and scientific research, on the morning of February 24, 2022, The University of Danang - University of Science and Education held the MoU Signing Ceremony between the University and Graduate School of Engineering, Mie University. Due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, the signing ceremony was conducted online.
In the ceremony, from The University of Danang - University of Science and Education (UD-UED) there was the participation of Assoc. Prof. Dr. Luu Trang – Secretary of the University Party Committee, Rector; Dr. Nguyen Quy Tuan - Head of Department of Science and International Cooperation and other representatives of related faculties and departments. The participants from Graduate School of Engineering, Mie University included Prof. Dr. Satoshi Kaneco, Vice President; Prof. Dr. Ryojun Ikeura - Dean, Faculty of Engineering; Prof. Dr. Masataka Kubo - Vice Dean, Faculty of Engineering and Prof. Dr. Kohji Nakamura - Head of International Exchange Committee, Faculty of Engineering.

Making a speech at the signing ceremony, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Luu Trang - Rector of UD-UED believed that the cooperative relationship between the two institutions would have sustainable development steps in the future. The signing ceremony marked an important foundation in the cooperation between The University of Danang - University of Science and Education and Mie University. The MoU creates favorable conditions for lecturers, researchers, students and learners from both sides to have the opportunity to promote research and technology transfer.
Also, in the ceremony, the two institutions discussed the joint projects in the coming time.
