University of Science and Education: Meeting Lao students taking the Vietnamese language course in academic year 2021-2022
In order to encourage the spirit as well as create a bond between foreign students and the university, on the afternoon of October 10, 2021, the University of Danang - the University of Science and Education organized the semi-virtual "Meeting with Lao students taking the Vietnamese language course in academic year 2021-2022”.
Attending the meeting, there were representatives of the university including: Dr. Bui Bich Hanh- Vice Rector of the University; Dr. Nguyen Van Sang - Deputy Head of Department of Science and International Cooperation; MA. Nguyen Viet Hai Hiep - Deputy Head of Department of Student Affairs. Especially, there was the participation of 70 Lao students taking the Vietnamese language course in the academic year 2021-2022.
The meeting with Lao students taking Vietnamese language course in the academic year 2021-2022 was held in the semi-virtual form.
At the meeting, Dr. Nguyen Van Sang - Deputy Head of Department of Science and International Cooperation warmly welcomed new Lao students taking the Vietnamese language course in the academic year 2021-2022 at the University.

Making the speech at the meeting, Dr. Bui Bich Hanh - Vice Rector of the University hoped that Laotian students will actively participate in the university’s activities during their learning period, thereby improving their Vietnamese language skills. Dr. Bui Bich Hanh also believed that, with joint efforts, lecturers and Lao students will turn the pressure into motivation, learning opportunities and successfully fulfill the tasks of the academic year.
At the meeting, the representatives of the University provided some necessary information for Lao students such as: schedule, training program, training duration, mass activities...
This is a very meaningful activity, an opportunity for Lao students to exchange and have a dialogue with the university, to share difficulties and problems..., which enables the university to have a plan to better support them in the coming time.
The meeting with Lao students took place in a warm and happy atmosphere. The information shared in the meeting has contributed to helping Laotian students taking the Vietnamese course in the academic year 2021-2022 be more confident in the new environment.
