Meeting Lao students on the occasion of Bunpimay Festival
On the morning of April 13, 2021, The University of Danang – University of Science and Education solemnly held the program "Meeting Lao students on the occasion of the Bunpimay Festival in 2021 and at the end of the Vietnamese language training course for the academic year 2019-2020. ". This activity aims to create a joyful, exciting, motivating, learning spirit for Lao students and to widely introduce the cultural beauty of Laos.

Attending the meeting, there were representatives of The University of Danang – University of Science and Education including Dr. Bui Bich Hanh - Vice Rector; Dr. Nguyen Van Sang - Deputy Head of Department of Science and International Cooperation; Dr. Phan Thi Hoa - Deputy Head of Department of Academic Affairs; Dr. Ho Tran Ngoc Oanh – Vice Dean of Faculty of Literature and Linguistics and all Lao students studying at the University.
Dr. Nguyen Van Sang made a speech at the opening of the program.
In a peaceful atmosphere of the friendship between Vietnam and Laos, Dr. Nguyen Van Sang - Deputy Head of Department of Science and International Cooperation expressed his new year wishes to Lao students on Laos’ traditional new year. He hoped that they would have a warm and meaningful new year festival away from their hometowns, feel less homesick and continue to study enthusiastically.

Also on this occasion, Dr. Ho Tran Ngoc Oanh - Vice Dean of Faculty of Literature and Linguistics congratulated Lao students on having finished the Vietnamese language training course in the academic year 2019-2020. She said that the university and Faculty of Literature and Linguistics would create the most favorable conditions for Lao students in the leaning process, enabling Lao students to be equipped with useful and practical knowledge after their learning process to serve their work in their country.

“Today I feel very happy, excited and warm when the univesity and teachers are interested in our traditional New Year – Bunpimay Festival. Despite facing many difficulties including studying online for a long time due to the pandemic, we have always been given deep care and special feelings ...
