On Vietnamese Language Proficiency Test towards the Vietnamese Language Proficiency Framework for Foreigners in 2021
Pursuant to Decision No. 411 / QD-BGDĐT dated February 13, 2020 by the Minister of Education and Training on assigning the University of Danang - University of Science and Education the tasks of training, assessing and issuing Vietnamese language proficency certificates to foreigners;
Pursuant to the Circular No. 17/2015 / TT-BGDĐT dated September 1, 2015 of the Minister of Education and Training on the promulgation of Vietnamese Language Proficiency Framework for foreigners.
The University of Danang - University of Science and Education (UD-UED) would like to announce the plan for Vietnamese Language Proficency Test in 2021, as follows:
1. Candidates
Foreign students, Master’s students, PhD students, organizations and individuals wishing to receive a Vietnamese language proficiency certificate.
2. Dates of Test 2021
3. Venue:
The University of Danang - University of Science and Education; 459 Ton Duc Thang, Lien Chieu district, Danang city.
4. Fees:
- 2,500,000 VND/person (for candidates who do not study Vietnamese at the university);
- 1,500,000 VND/person (for candidates studying Vietnamese at the university for 06 months or more before the exam date).
Candidates pay the exam fee in person at the Department of Finance, Room.203, Building A2, UD-UED or transfer money to the University's account (Account number: 2002311090024 at Vietnam Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development - Lien Chieu District Branch, Danang city. Candidates are advised to specify their full names, phone numbers and reason for the transfer.
5. Registration
- Registration form with 02 3 x 4 cm photos (photos taken no more than 6 months before the registration date).
- Copy of Passport or Visa (valid).

6. Venue for registration
Candidates submit the registration form in person or by mail to:
Department of Academic Affairs, Room 103, Building A2, The University of Danang - University of Science and Education; 459 Ton Duc Thang, Lien Chieu district, Da Nang city; Tel: 0236.3841618 (114).
7. Publication of test results and issue of national Vietnamese language proficicency certificates
Candidates receive test results by email and national Vietnamese language proficicency certificates at Department of Academic Affairs, Room 103, Building A2, The University of Danang - University of Science and Education; 459 Ton Duc Thang, Lien Chieu district within 30 days since the test date.
