ANNOUNCEMENT On the Revision Class and Vietnamese Language Proficiency Test towards the Vietnamese Language Proficiency Framework for Foreigners - Test 1 in 2024

Pursuant to the Circular No. 17/2015 / TT-BGDĐT dated September 1, 2015 by the Minister of Education and Training on the promulgation of Vietnamese Language Proficiency Framework for foreigners;
Pursuant to the Circular No. 27/2021/TT-BGDDT dated October 7, 2021 by the Minister of Education and Training on promulgation of the Regulation on Vietnamese Language Proficency Test towards Vietnamese Language Proficiency Framework for foreigners;
The University of Danang - University of Science and Education (UD-UED) would like to announce the plan for the Revision Class and Vietnamese Language Proficiency Test 1 in 2024, as follows:
1. Candidates
- International students taking Vietnamese language courses (Foundation courses)  at UD-UED in the academic year 2023-2024.
- International students taking Vietnamese language courses (Communication courses) at UD-UED.
- Foreign students, Master’s students, PhD students, organizations and individuals needing to receive a Vietnamese language proficiency certificate.
2. Test form
- Listening, Reading and Writing: Paper-based test (60 minutes/skill)
- Speaking: Oral Test (15 minutes/candidate)
3. Time
- Time of revision: from 27/5/2024 to 23/6/2024
- Time for Test 1: on 30/6/2024 (Sunday)
4. Revision class duration: 90 hours, including 4 skills: Reading, Listening, Writing, Speaking.
5. Place:
The University of Danang - University of Science and Education; 459 Ton Duc Thang, Lien Chieu district, Danang city, Tel: 0236.3841323 (114).
6. Fee:
a) Fee for Revision class:
- 1.500.000 VND/student (for Lao and Cambodian students);
- 3.000.000 VND/student (for other international students).
- Deadline for payment: by 22/5/2024 (Wednesday)
b) Fee for the Test:
- 1,500,000 VND/person (for candidates studying Vietnamese at the university or candidates retaking the test at the university);
- 2,000,000 VND/person (for other candidates).
- Deadline for payment: by 14/6/2024 (Friday)
c) Fee Payment:
Candidates pay the fee in one of the following ways:
- Candidates pay the fees in person at the Department of Finance, Room.203, Building A2, UD-UED; Telephone: 0236.3841618 (109).
- Candidates transfer money to the University's account
+ Account holder: Trường Đại học Sư phạm - Đại học Đà Nẵng (The University of Danang - University of Science and Education);
+ Account number: 2002311090024; Vietnam Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development - Lien Chieu District Branch, Danang city.
+ Content: Full name_Phone number_fee for Vietnamese Language Revision and Test.
7. Registration
- Registration form with 02 4 x 6 cm photos (photos taken no more than 6 months before the registration date).
- Copy of Passport and Visa (valid).
